National Greenhouse Gas Inventories: An Interview with Leandro Buendia

Mr. Leandro Buendia, Coordinator for the UNFCCC Southeast Asia Greenhouse Gas Inventory Capacity Building Project, explains the fundamentals of national greenhouse gas inventories. In partnership with the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Secretariat, the project is supported by USAID's Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment and Regional Development Mission for Asia through funding to the US Environmental Protection Agency and the LEAD program.
